Difference between Doing and Knowing
Guy in gym, who is in incredible shape, says that his friends are more knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise than he is. They read read the latest books on body science such as The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. His friends are fat and like to drink and smoke to excess.
